2. BOOKING PROCEDURE

A. RESERVATION

1)    Confirmation of booking class is subject to seat availability upon reservation

2)    Please ensure your flight reservations are made direct with the nearest Malaysia Airlines’  office and NOT through any travel agent nor via internet booking.        

3)    Please quote the Conference Code “G MIDE 2010” upon reservation

4)    A booking reference (PNR) will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.

5)    For any inquiries on Malaysia Stopover (MSO) packages, please refer to the nearest Malaysia Airlines office upon making your flight reservation

B. PAYMENT/TICKETING

1)    Please make payment to the nearest Malaysia Airlines ticket office

2)    Payment can be made by cash or credit card

3)    Upon ticketing, kindly quote:

a.    Booking reference number (PNR)
b.    Conference Code “G MIDE 2010”

1.  Application    : For sales by MH ticket offices.

2.  Eligibility        : Participants and accompanying persons to attend the event/conference.

3.  Sale period    : For PNRs created from 0001 hours on the 08 September 2009 to 2359 hours
on 29 July 2010 only.

4.  Fares        : For International Flights:

1.    25% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Business Class Nett Market Fare (MHBusiness – booking class “C”)

2.    15% discount from normal Malaysia Airlines Economy Class Nett Market Fare (MHFlex – booking class “Y, W or K”)

5.  Travel  Period : Outbound travel must commence from 16 July 2010.
