Underwater Children Coloring Contest
To participate in the contest, please complete the "Children Coloring Contest Online Form" To download the form and sent back to us via email or fax: "Children Word File Format Form" A. Children's Coloring Contest Categories: The coloring contests are divided into four categories : Category A - Children between 6 to 7 years old Category B - Children between 8 to 9 years old Category C - Children between 10 to 12 years old Category D - Children between 13 to 15 years old 1. The contest runs over a course of two days covering Final Round each day. 2. The 1st day Final Round will take place on the 4 July 2009 at 2.00pm for Category A & B. 3. The 2nd day Final Round will take place on the 5 July 2009 at 2.00pm for Category C & D. 4. Judges will view and select drawings that qualify the winners. 5. Announcement of winners of the Final Round coloring contest and prize-giving will commence at 4.30pm on each day. B. How to Enter the Preliminary Round 1 .To participate in the contest, please complete the Children Coloring Contest Form 2. All Entry forms for the contest must be submitted on Saturday 4 July 2009 before 1.00pm at Visitor Registration Counter at Level 2 Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur 3. This contest is on first come, first serve basis - limited to 30 contestants only for each category. 4. The entries will be split into FOUR age groups: Children aged 6 to 7 years old Children aged 8 to 9 years old Children aged 10 to 12 years old Children aged 13 to 15 years old 5. The entries will be judged and prizes will be awarded for each age group respectively. 6. Only drawing material will be provided by event sponsors. C. Terms & Conditions of Entry - Contestants must be between the ages of 6 to 15 years and register in their corresponding age categories. - A parent or guardian must give consent by submitting all entries Personally and must be present during the premiere round. - Prizes do not / will not include any transport or accommodation. - Contest is limited to 30 participants for each category. - An acceptance e-mail will be sent to confirm the entry is legitimately sent by a parent / guardian. - Final judging will be done by associates of AsiaEvents Exsic Sdn Bhd and National Art Gallery. - Judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter. - Original artwork will not be returned. Drawings and painting shall become the copyrighted property of AsiaEvents Exsic Sdn Bhd and National Art Gallery. - There are no fees or legal obligations of any form by submitting work BUT the author shall release the organizer(s) of all claims and indemnities. - This Contest / Competition may be canceled without notice by the event organizer(s) at any stage. |
