Visitor Registration Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

  1. All tickets sold are strictly non-refundable.
  2. One ticket is for one visitor only, and cannot be shared with others.
  3. You will receive the confirmation reply. Produce the confirmation reply to the registration counter during the event date.
  4. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced and used.
  5. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
  6. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Expo Cancellation.
  7. The Organisers reserve the right at any time to change the date and/or venue of the event or to cancel/postpone it altogether if they deem it necessary by reason of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, earthquake, civil disturbances, pandemic, explosion, civil riots, or any other cause beyond the organiser’s control.

Online Shop – Terms and Conditions:

1. You may place an order by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. We reserve our right not to accept orders placed in any other manner.

2. The price payable by you for any Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your Order is transmitted to us through the Site.

3. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

4. All prices as stated on the Site are in Ringgit Malaysia. Packing and delivery costs, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

5. You may pay for a Product using any of the payment methods prescribed by us from time to time.

6. NON- REFUNDABLE policy and NO-CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed, paid and delivered. We highly recommend that you review your order before proceeding to checkout.

7. Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address specified in your Order.

8. Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 2 to 3 working days.

9. Tracking number will be forward to your given email in the Order.

10. You acknowledge that delivery of the Products is subject to the availability of the Products.

11. You acknowledge that all delivery time frame given are estimated only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and your Product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
